INTRODUCTION
　　 The line based on the processing technique of MDPE and HDPE is specially designed for the extrusion of MDPE/HDPE gas pipe by adopting the advanced technology from abroad and developed by Deyili Co. Its main features are unique design, high automation, easy operation and high reliable stability of continuous production. And MDPE/HDPE gas pipe has some excellent features such as heating resistance, good creep resistance and etc., is a preferred gas conduits for ductwork systems between city and its outskirts.
FEATURES
Extruder: unique design by adopting a forceful feeding bush and high performance screw.
Mould & Die: by adopting a co-extrusion spiral die with central feeding structure.
Vacuum Calibrator: with auto liquid level and vaxuity control system, a spray water cooling bath made of stainless steel.
Haul-off Unit: equipped with an automatic clamping mechanism and speed adjusted by inverters imported from abroad.
Cutting Unit: is designed with manual & auto cutting for preset length.
Quality Components: Reducer of extruder, DC speed regulator, frequency inverters are all imported from abroad with the world famous brands.
Multi-function: by adopting different die & screw, the line can be also used for PE, PE, PP, ABS pipes extrusion with color marking line and composite pipes extrusion with and two kinds of raw materials mentioned above
