Introduction of PET Vertical Stretching Product Line

The full name of PET is polyphenylene dimethyl-acid glycolester. Product after stretching features favorable rigidity, high-temperature resistance, high stretching intensity, small scale factor and so on. It is applicable to areas involving run machine, packing belt, conveyer belt for various purposes and triangle belt etc. This product line takes Haiyu Machinery Co. nearly three years to lead its research to success. This is the first one in China and unreported internationally, meanwhile, this pioneering product line paved new ways for the development and application of PET.
　　 Proved by practice, this product line owns the following characteristics:
●Thanks to unique extrusion and forming techniques on sheet material, PET sheet material produced is as thick as 3mm and low in decomposition rate.
●The stretching magnification of sheet material reaches as high as 6 times and it enjoys high intensity after stretching, with extending ratio smaller than 1％.
●With adoption of PLC control and high automatization of the machine set, it owns many advantages such as simple operation.
●It is capable of producing over 30 strips of PET packing belts.
●Besides PET stretching sheet materials, it is able to process manifold thermoplastic high molecular materials such like PP, ABS, PA etc.
